North Florida Wildlife Rehabilitation Center (NFWRC) is humbled to share the news of our recent success in the Radiant Credit Union contest, designed to support non-profit charities in our area. We are grateful for the generous $1,000 award, which we will use to purchase three state-of-the-art intensive care unit incubators.

Radiant Credit Union has long advocated for non-profit organizations in the North Florida area. The recent contest aimed to promote and support the missions of these charities, inviting the public to vote for their favorite organizations. The NFWRC was one of the lucky winners, thanks to the overwhelming support from our community members who believe in our cause.

NFWRC has been at the forefront of wildlife rehabilitation, working tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and release injured, sick, or orphaned wild animals. The $1,000 award from Radiant Credit Union will directly benefit our wildlife patients by allowing us to purchase three new intensive care unit incubators.
These incubators are crucial tools for our center, as they provide a warm and quiet environment for injured animals during their critical early stages of recovery. The incubators help maintain a constant temperature and humidity, which is essential for the healing and recovery of our patients. They also protect the animals from external factors, such as noise and excessive handling, that could hinder their rehabilitation.

Once the new incubators are purchased and installed, we expect an immediate positive impact on our patients. These additional incubators will allow us to accommodate more animals in need and ensure that each one receives the specialized care they require. The increased capacity will also enable our team to focus on delivering the best possible care and support for the animals, ultimately increasing their chances of successful rehabilitation and release back into the wild.

Radiant Credit Union - Charity of the Month Contest

NFWRC is incredibly grateful for the support of the North Florida community in helping us win the contest. The $1,000 award will make a significant difference in the lives of the injured wildlife we serve, allowing us to provide improved care and rehabilitation. With the help of the new ICU incubators, we are confident that we can continue to give our wild neighbors the best possible chance at recovery and return to their natural habitats.

Thank you to everyone who voted for us in the Radiant Credit Union contest. Your support is invaluable to our mission, and we look forward to keeping you updated on the positive impact of these new incubators at the North Florida Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.
